FB Untuk B2B

Sebenarnya dah lama gak B2B ada kat FB.
Kat FB jadi B To B Collection je.
Semuanya coz kat blog ada limit utk gambo..
Sekarang kat B2B ada pelbagai barang.
Ada pyjamas, blouse, baby product, baju kanak-kanak,
baju dewasa, set cadar, kasut, beg, tali pinggang, dll..
Hope akan ada banyak sale lepas Chinese New Year..
Masih lagi memikirkan cara memilih pemenang..
Mungkin akan berdasarkan bilangan customer..
Kerana ia paling senang..
Bila dah confirm nanti akan umumkan kat FB B2B..

Mencari Masa Untuk Online

Sejak kelahiran puteri pertama,
Susah gak nak luang masa untuk online..
Blog dan FB pun jarang buka.
Asyik dok main n jaga dia je..
Seronok gak ada anak ni..  hu3..
Tapi rindu gak kat FB ngan Blog..
Sekarang ni pun Ida ada kat sebelah ngah hisap puting..
Sementara dia diam ni, buka blog jap..
Dapat gak nak updated..
Keadaan selepas ada baby ni masih lum stabil lagi..
Maklum la, benda baru..
Ada kelam kabut sikit..
Paling tak syok sekali bila baby bangun awal pagi..
Gotong-royong ngan wife la pepagi buta..
Kena wat susu, tukar diapers dan popok kasi tido balik..
Tapi bila siang, seronok lak bila main ngan dia..
Sekarang dia dah pandai mengagah,
Bila dia senyum or ketawa,
Hilang rasa penat jaga dia waktu malam..

Ida In Jan'11

Sekarang dia asyik nak meragam je..
So, atuk dia yang kat Parit Jawa belikan puting..

Celebrated happy new year kat Melaka..
1st January 2011, dia dah ikut kitorang jenjalan..
Sempat ambil gambo dia kat studio facial..
Kira jadi model la tu..
Masa ni dia dah ngantuk sangat..

Christmas

It would be easy enough to imagine Christmas as a simple continuum of tradition dating from the birth of Christ. You'd begin with the nativity story, apply the December 25th date to Jesus' birth, establish the gift-giving precedent of the magi and work from there. Over the centuries, classic Christmas traditions would accumulate: perhaps beginning with the yule log, followed by the Christmas tree and finally winding up in the present day with giant inflatable snowmen and icicle lights.

The history of Christmas, however, is hardly a continuum. It is a varied and riotous story, one that actually predates the birth of Christ. Early Europeans marked the year's longest night -- the winter solstice -- as the beginning of longer days and the rebirth of the sun. They slaughtered livestock that could not be kept through the winter and feasted from late December through January. German pagans honored Oden, a frightening god who flew over settlements at night, blessing some people and cursing others. The Norse in Scandinavia celebrated yuletide, and each family burnt a giant log and feasted until it turned to ash.

Christmas traditions have a way of feeling timeless -- you may have seen the same ornaments, sung the same songs and eaten the same foods for your whole life. Some Christmas traditions are, in fact, ancient. They have pre-Christian roots and originate from pagan winter-solstice celebrations or Roman festivals. Other traditions are relatively modern--either rescued from oblivion or conjured up in the surprisingly recent past. Some significant holiday traditions include decorations, activities and food.

MERRY CHRISTMAS..

Sleep Disoder

Sleep disorders involve any difficulties related to sleeping, including difficulty falling or staying asleep, falling asleep at inappropriate times, excessive total sleep time, orabnormal behaviors associated with sleep.
More than 100 different disorders of sleeping and waking have been identified. They can be grouped in four main categories:
  • Problems with falling and staying asleep (insomnia)
  • Problems with staying awake (excessive daytime sleepiness)
  • Problems with sticking to a regular sleep schedule (sleep rhythm problem)
  • Unusual behavoirs during sleep (sleep-disruptive behaviors)
Insomnia includes any combination of difficulty with falling asleep, staying asleep, intermittent wakefulness and early-morning awakening. Episodes may come and go (be transient), last as long as 2 to 3 weeks (be short-term), or be long-lasting (chronic).
Common factors associated with insomnia include:
  • Physical illness
  • Depression
  • Anxiety or stress
  • Poor sleeping environment such as excessive noise or light
  • Caffeine
  • Alcohol or other drugs
  • Use of certain medications
  • Heavy smoking
  • Physical discomfort
  • Daytime napping
  • Counterproductive sleep habits:
    • Early bedtimes
    • Excessive time spent awake in bed
Disorders include:
  • Psychophysiological insomnia: a condition in which stress caused by the insomnia makes it even harder to fall asleep
  • Delayed sleep phase syndrome: your internal clock is constantly out of synch with the "accepted" day / night phases; for example, patients feel best if they can sleep from 4AM to noon
  • Hypnotic-dependent sleep disorder: insomnia that occurs when you stop or become tolerant to certain types of sleep medications
  • Stimulant-dependent sleep disorder: insomnia that occurs when you stop or become dependent on certain types of stimulants
